Managing Director
Lewis Gladwell
With over 16 years of experience in the Construction industry, Lewis brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team.
In 2012, after earning a 1st Class Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying from Birmingham City University, Lewis joined Enterprise Mouchel as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor. His career then progressed as he took on the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor with Wates Living Space, overseeing key projects such as the Abellio Reactive Maintenance framework.

Since 2016, Lewis has been a driving force behind Roberts & Sale, first as Contracts Manager and now as Managing Director.
Lewis' leadership has been instrumental in the success of numerous high-profile projects, including the strengthening of the Regents Canal Bridge and the Camden Viaduct Fire Repair.

Operations Manager
Mark Bastow
With an impressive 44 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Mark is a seasoned leader in the industry.
He began his career in 1976 as a Site Engineer with Tarmac Construction (now Carillion), and by 1985 was Managing Director at South East Groundworks.
His career later saw him take on significant roles in London Underground and rail projects, first as Construction Manager with Forest Construction and later as Construction Director at Toolbase Construction, where he successfully set up their Rail Division.
Since 2009, Mark has been the Operations Manager and Civils Specialist at Roberts & Sale. He oversees complex civil engineering projects, including major contracts with Network Rail and London Underground, ensuring that safety and quality are always at the forefront.

• Network Rail framework contract for AMCO, involving footbridge refurbishments and signal gantry repairs, and emergency response
• Wash Down Plants and Re-railing at Acton and Northumberland Park Depots for London Underground
